The Boreal Ace is reborn and we love it! Brought kicking and screaming into the 21st Century, this latest version of the Boreal classic keeps its base design ethic – the ultimate long route, face/crack climbing shoe – whilst also being upgraded by way of full toe-rubber coverage and a refined heel design. Under the hood, the Ace offers the stiff midsole you’d expect, along with an upgraded last, which feels a little more symmetrical and with a touch of downturn (on the right feet this shoe could boulder hard!). With less volume than your average Boreal and a more forgiving last, this model should fit a wider range of foot shapes, making the Ace perfect for long days at the crag and pushing your grade; whether torquing into cracks, edging or making delicate friction moves far from your last runner, this shoe is truly your Ace in the Hole!
